Terms of Service

By accessing or using Krovets, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you host a game for others, you are responsible for their use of the site during your session.

Krovets is a free online board for playing the party game "Bunker": it deals characters, shows the catastrophe and bunker, and runs voting and elimination. The service is provided free of charge and "as is". We do not guarantee that it will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free, and we may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of it at any time.

You must be at least 16 years old to use Krovets. By using the site you confirm that you meet this requirement.

Krovets is a social game meant to be fun for everyone. When you use it, you agree not to:

• Use offensive, hateful, harassing, or otherwise inappropriate nicknames or messages.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other players.
• Cheat, disrupt games, or interfere with other players' experience.
• Use bots, scrapers, or other automated means to access or overload the service.
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these terms.

You are responsible for the nicknames and messages you submit. By submitting them, you grant us the limited right to display and process them as needed to operate the game — for example, showing your nickname to the other players in your session. We may remove content or restrict access if we believe it violates these terms.

Krovets runs on third-party services, including Supabase (database and authentication), Vercel (hosting and analytics), and Telegram (support message delivery). Your use of the site may be subject to those providers' own terms. We are not responsible for third-party services.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the service will meet your requirements or be secure, uninterrupted, or error-free.

Krovets is a free, non-commercial service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

We may update these terms or change the service at any time. When we update the terms, we will change the "last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.

We may limit, suspend, or end your access to the service at any time, including if you breach these terms or misuse the service, without notice.

The service is provided "as is" from wherever we happen to operate it. These terms do not limit any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.
